Arizona

So I'm here in Arizona visiting my family. I've walked the past two days and plan to walk tomorrow as well. In order to beat the heat here, you have to get up very early. I started my walk at 5:30 this morning and got home around 7:15. By that time it was already pretty warm. It is bright and sunny much earlier here than in Texas. I could walk at 5AM and there'd be plenty of light. The trails are also busy even early in the morning. Everyone is trying to beat the heat and get in some exercise before the triple digits hit.

    Keep it up girl! I've been waiting until late at night to do my exercise, and I don't recommend it at all! I think you've inspired me to try and get up early and beat the heat!!!
